Terms and conditions
EHS Betriebs GmbH, 5072 Oeschgen – valid from 01.04.2025
1. Scope of Application
1.1. The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) of EHS Betriebs GmbH apply to all items sold and/or
services rendered in the online shop (ehs-liquidationen.ch/webshop) and/or on site.
1.2. These GTC form the basis for all oral and written orders, sales, offers, and contracts.
1.3. EHS Betriebs GmbH reserves the right to adapt and amend these GTC at any time.
1.4. The current version of the GTC can always be viewed by the customer on the homepage at the following link: https://www.ehs-liquidationen.ch/en/gtc.
2. Prices
2.2. EHS Betriebs GmbH reserves the right to adjust prices in the online shop and/or on site at any time.
2.3. All prices in the online shop and/or on site are exclusive of shipping and packaging.
2.4. Prices for delivery, packaging, and shipping are subject to agreement. These costs are borne by the customer.
2.5. Collection of items from the warehouse of EHS Betriebs GmbH, Hinterdorfstrasse 424, 5072 Oeschgen, is free of charge.
2.6. The prices valid at the time of the order or purchase shall apply to the customer.
3. Payment / Retention of Title
3.1. Payment shall be made in cash (card payment and Twint accepted) upon collection of the items, or in advance (bank transfer).
3.2. Items that are delivered or shipped must always be paid for in advance (bank transfer).
3.3. Invoices must be settled within 10 days from the invoice date.
3.4. For purchase amounts exceeding CHF 10,000, a down payment of at least 30% of the total amount must be made.
3.5. The items shall remain the property and under the responsibility of EHS Betriebs GmbH until payment has been made in full.
4. Collection / Delivery
4.1. Collection of items purchased in the webshop is possible by prior arrangement at +41 56 441 72 79, at the warehouse of EHS Betriebs GmbH, Hinterdorfstrasse 424, 5072 Oeschgen. As the warehouse is irregularly staffed, an appointment must always be scheduled for collection.
4.2. Deliveries by EHS Betriebs GmbH are possible by prior arrangement. Prices and availability are also subject to agreement. Items delivered with the company’s own vehicles are insured.
4.3. For items shipped via post or other forwarding and transport companies, EHS Betriebs GmbH assumes no liability and cannot guarantee the delivery date. Transport damages must be reported in writing via email to EHS Betriebs GmbH at info@ehsbetriebs.ch within 24 hours of receipt of the items.
4.4. The organization and issuance of export/import documents (customs documents T1 and T2) are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Warranty / Return Policy
5.1. EHS Betriebs GmbH predominantly sells used items. Therefore, the item description must always be observed.
5.2. EHS Betriebs GmbH provides no warranty for the items sold, as they originate from bankruptcy / liquidation assets.
5.3. Returns are only possible by prior written arrangement and confirmation via email to info@ehsbetriebs.ch, and within 5 days from the invoice date.
5.4. EHS Betriebs GmbH rejects any warranty claims to the contrary.
5.5. Items in the webshop and/or on site are mostly unique pieces; therefore, exchanges are not possible.
6. Withdrawal / Cancellation
6.1. If the customer withdraws from a purchase contract or an order with a value of CHF 500 or more, cancellation fees will apply.
7. Liability
7.1. EHS Betriebs GmbH shall not be liable for improper handling by the customer.
8. Jurisdiction
8.1. The place of jurisdiction for any disputes shall be the District Court of Laufenburg, 5080 Laufenburg AG, Switzerland.
8.2. Swiss law shall apply exclusively.
